Yesterday, Thursday, May 17, Netflix unveiled the trailer for the long-awaited finale of the Sense 8 series. Indeed, the platform had announced last June the cancellation of the series, but finally yielded to the many solicitations of fans by revealing, barely a month later, the realization of a final episode.
And this finale promises to be full of action and twists! First with the eternal fight against Whispers and the rescue of Wolfgang. But we are also waiting to see what will happen to Sun, still on the run because of his brother; Kala, now implicated in a corruption case thanks to her husband, and who has also been identified by Whispers through Wolfgang; and we anticipate a revenge of Wolfgang on Lila, who still delivered him to Whispers.
We also feel a lot of emotion within the group who sees the end approaching. In addition, many questions arise in the face of the different love stories of the series, such as: Will Sun find the famous Mun detective? Will Kala choose Rajan or Wolfgang? Are we going to see Nomi and Amanita's wedding?
The trailer does not provide many answers to these many questions, but on the contrary, accentuates the suspense. We see that the war against Whispers intensifies and pushes the eight protagonists to put their personal lives aside, especially to go to the rescue of Wolfgang, who is indeed in a very bad position, but nothing very revealing. On the other hand, we do see Sun in the company of the mysterious detective Mun, and we can't wait to discover more details about this meeting…
Only a month left before we can watch this final episode, which will be unveiled Friday, June 8 and should last two hours!
