We wondered how the production of ABC's flagship series would replace Sarah Drew and Jessica Capshaw, kindly thanked at the end of season 14, and here is already an element of answer! Kim Raver, aka Teddy Altman, returns to the cast of Grey's Anatomy for the next season!
Despite a break of several seasons, Kim Raver is not done with Teddy Altman. Indeed, "The goddess of cardio", as described by Owen in her first appearances in the series, already central character of seasons 6 to 8, will be back at Grey Sloan memorial hospital for season 15.
Kim Raver is delighted to get back in the shoes of the adventurous surgeon, and does not hide her enthusiasm:
So excited! Feel so blessed to continue Teddy’s story!❤️ https://t.co/lk8tN4QAos

The actress has already made a few appearances recently. For example, we saw her again in season 13, it is she who announces the return of Megan, Owen's sister; then in season 14, when the latter visits him in Germany.
Finally, in the last episode of season 14 aired last week, we can already guess the return of the cardio-thoracic surgeon with the plot that is set up around her. Indeed, in this finale, Bailey, tired of the administrative work, offers Dr. Altman the position of "Acting Chief". We also learn in the last seconds that she is pregnant, and there is a good chance that this baby is from Owen. However, remember that the latter is about to get back in a relationship with his ex-wife, but also that he is at the heart of adoption procedures. In terms of timing, we could have done better… Will he then return to the comfort of his lifelong friend, or will he prefer the extravagant Amelia? To follow…
The series with 14 seasons leaves us once again on a final full of new questions for the future. It remains to be seen what will happen in season 15, which is promising!
