In the Gordon family, I ask… uncle! The third season of Gotham on FOX is indeed preparing to welcome the uncle of Jim Gordon, in the guise of actor James Remar.
The third season of Gotham, currently broadcast on the American channel FOX, is about to go on hiatus after the broadcast of its eleventh episode, Beware the Green-Eyed Monster, on November 28. The series will not resume until January 16, 2017.
On this occasion, she offers herself a new new character (after that of Selina Kyle's mother), who will join an already well-stocked cast. Jim Gordon's uncle, Frank Gordon, will indeed take his first steps in the series. He is described as a true master to play, a man with two sides who knows how to keep a secret. He abandoned his family after the car accident that claimed the life of Jim's father. He returned to his nephew after more than twenty-five years of absence. His return will come with a heavy secret that threatens to turn Jim's world upside down and force him to make a terrible choice between saving his family or saving the city.
A whole program for this mysterious character who will be played by American actor James Remar. He is known for having lent his features to the father of Dexter Morgan in the series Dexter on Showtime for 8 seasons. He was also seen on Grey's Anatomy as Alex Karev's father in 2012.
His first appearance is scheduled for the return of the series, in the second part of the season. If the first part was subtitled Mad City, we do not yet know the one of the second, but there is no doubt that this new character should come to upset the already shaken city of Gotham.
Gotham continues to broadcast its third season until November 28, 2016, before a break of a few weeks until January 16, 2017 on the American channel FOX.
