HBO's new comedy, Camping will air from Sunday, October 14 in the United States. The series will reunite Jennifer Garner and David Tennant on screen.
Jennifer Garner's return to the small screen is fast approaching! The actress who has not been seen in a recurring role on television since Alias (series ended for 12 years now), will return in September with Camping. This comedy mini-series is adapted by Lena Dunham and Jenni Konner (duo to whom we owe Girls) from an English series of the same name. Eight episodes are planned for this first season which will be broadcast from Sunday, October 14 in the United States. It is David Tennant (the unforgettable 10thdoctor of Doctor Who and the worst nightmare of Jessica Jones) who will hold the male lead role in the series.
The series follows the story of Kathryn Siddell-Bauers (J. Garner) – a rather psychorigid woman considered a 'control freak' – who wants to celebrate the45th birthday of her husband Walt (D. Tennant). For this, she organizes a weekend at the campsite and invites her sister and her ex-best friend. But there will also be unexpected guests. The weekend will not go as planned and will become a real test for everyone. Not to mention the presence of bears…
Alongside Jennifer Garner and David Tennant, we will find Juliette Lewis (Les nerfs à vifs), Ione Skye (Arrested Development), Janicza Bravo (Love), Arturo del Puerto (Fear the Walking Dead) and Brett Gelman (Stranger Things).
See you from October 14 to discover this new comedy!
