The Coronavirus pandemic will have canceled many events this year, but San Diego Comic-Con will not be one of them! Although it cannot take place on site given the current circumstances, Comic-Con will be held online to the delight of fans.

A Comic-Con at home

The Californian city called San-Diego presents one of the biggest pop-culture events in the world every year. Since 1974, Comic-Con has rewarded professionals in comics, science fiction, television and animation. We find of course the stars of DC and Marvel such as Arrow, The Flash or The Avengers. San Diego Comic-Con 2020 was canceled last April due to the spread of the coronavirus. Comic-Con International revealed that its convention would then be entirely online and free of charge! The event will take place July 22-26 , according to Collider on Wednesday. It will host panels of movies, TV series, games, comics and more. The detailed program should soon be published on the official website of Comic-Con. An online store will also be available, where it will be possible to purchase limited edition merchandise. Certainly, the atmosphere will surely be very different this year since we will all be at home and the sublime cosplays of the fans will not be able to amaze us. However, the good news is that you won't have to travel all the way to the United States to attend! No plane tickets to buy, no hotels to book. A Comic-Con accessible to all. Be careful, however, with the schedules. The France is 9 hours behind San Diego. When it's noon in this city, it's already 9pm in France. You might be a little out of step for a few days, but it's worth it. In the meantime, we hope to have news soon about the Paris Comic-con, which should be held from 2 to 4 October 2020 at Porte de Versailles. The event remains on hold for now because of the coronavirus.
