Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: A Life Story After…
After the death of their hereditary enemy, the rat Splinter, also father of turtles, became the leader of the Foot clan. The family's other adversary, Krang, has been imprisoned in another dimension. So everything could go well but Mike, Donnie, Raph and Leo return to the former Krang base where past fighting threatens the ecological balance of the area. Out of altruism and to find a solution, they decide to revive the colleagues of this alien. The regular reader will find the themes of the series which are family and manipulation. Indeed, this volume is still written by Tom Waltz and Bobby Curnow assisted by Kevin Eastman, one of the two creators of the series. The writers benefit from the return of the fantastic cartoonist Mateus Santolouco. 
New plots
On the island of Burnow, we discover a new mutant, Leatherhead, a huge crocodile transformed in the eighteenthcentury. The scenario then creates a whole old chronology. It is also discovered during a discussion between aliens and turtles that these Utroms are very different from Kang. He was a monster but not his people. According to him, Leatherhead became one by becoming more human. The second part with more action scenes marks the appearance of a new danger. A family of immortals prepares a tournament in which Kitsuné, the witch of the football clan, participates by recruiting ninjas. It reveals that the survival of humanity will depend on this competition. The stakes are so high that everyone is forced to participate. This eleventh volume is a new success and announces the attack of magical beings. After this pleasant reading and while waiting for the next volumes, fans of the series are eagerly awaiting the publication of the mini-series to complete the missing stories: how did Donnie end up in prehistory?
