What is injustice?
A game, a reference!
Injustice is originally a video game released in 2013 under the title Injustice: the gods are among us. Made by the studios behind the Mortal Kombat games, the game was very popular when it was released. Its dark and violent universe, as well as its gameplay mixing tradition and modernity have made this fighting game a reference of the genre. It is therefore natural that DC comics decided to make it a series of comics. The goal is to deepen the world of the game. 
A comic of great finesse
Released for the first time in 2014, the comic Injustice brings together many artists. In the script, we find Tom Taylor, now well known with books like Dceased or All-new wolverine, who reveals here one of his most beautiful creations. 
As for drawings, the list is longer, but we can quote Jheremy Raapack, Mike S. Miller or Bruno Redondo. Thanks to all these artists, the title of DC acquires a dark touch reminiscent in many ways of the atmosphere of Rocksteady's Batman games. The characters, like the story, are full of depth thanks to a most successful anchoring.

Love and hate
All the greatest stories begin with a love story and the greatest wars have been started by love. The difference between love and hate is sometimes tenuous, and it is from this observation that the universe of Injustice will develop. Once again, the joker makes his own, except that this time, the clown of crime has decided to change target and aims at one of the greatest allies of the dark knight …Superman! Having kidnapped Lois Lane, the great love of the man of steel, he manipulates him to kill his wife and also manages to atomize the city of Metropolis in the process! Mad with rage and consumed by despair, the hero in the cape pierces the joker with his hand. 
It is on this bloody and heartbreaking scene that the story of Injustice opens, Superman, the greatest hero on earth has just committed a murder! But how do you comfort the most powerful being in the world? Can you fight a god?
Building a comprehensive peace
Driven by sadness, the last son of krypton is tired of the conflicts ravaging the world, he can no longer bear to see all these innocents killed in the name of a god or a political current, he decides to act. He orders that every nation at war put an end to the conflicts they maintain. If they refuse, he will take care of it for them!
Our world is now ruled with an iron fist… by a Man of Steel – Batman
Determined never to see the tragedy that affected his city happen again, Superman is no longer a simple protector, he acts for world peace. A way of doing things that does not suit everyone… 
Heroes and gods
If Superman's power is a fact, his way of doing things is not appreciated by the entire justice league. Batman, among others, is afraid that his amii will end up becoming yet another despot for Gotham and the rest of the world. Eventually, opinions clash and two camps eventually appear: those who support the Man of Steel and his policies, and those who refuse to bow to the Kryptonian's demands for free will. 
In truth, if we analyze the teams more closely, we quickly realize that one of them has more characters with power than the other. In a sense, Injustice is the representation of a clash between man and divine, hero and god, Batman and Superman! We will not go into a philosophical debate, but know that Injustice is a rich comic-book full of innuendo. A book that we will enjoy reading and rereading in order to elucidate all its mysteries. Injustice is therefore a tasty comic book, with a plot full of twists and turns.
