The Summer Wine Night is 4 atmospheres, 4 MOOD, 4 universes to discover the variety of Languedoc wines, on a Parisian rooftop on Thursday, June 14 for a discovery evening not to be missed. JustFocus invites you to win your tickets for the Summer Wine Night which will take place on the Last Floor.
What more could you ask for to brighten up your week than good wine (to be consumed in moderation of course), a rooftop of 1200m2 and a beautiful view of our magnificent capital?
This year, the Interprofessional Council of the AOC du Languedoc, that of the IGP Sud de France and the Bettane+Desseauve experts come to introduce Parisians to their good wines.
Ahh the Languedoc… This region stretches from the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean and represents the widest variety of wines, appellations and vineyards present in the same territory. I can't wait!
Four discovery areas will be opened during the evening:
- The night of rosé, to discover the widest range of rosés of France made in Languedoc. I've been told about raspberry icerolls and I'm already looking forward to it;
- The gourmet south, which will allow participants to taste Mediterranean flavors such as tapenade and toast paired with wines;
- The terroirs of taste, which will allow you to taste local products; (Willing to bet that there will be many unsuspected flavors);
- The Languedoc Détente area, where you can… play petanque (logical continuation of a space that allows us to discover relaxed, fresh and sunny wines that smell like holidays)
