At Gamescom, Square Enix unveils what is nothing less than the largest Gamescom line-up in its history.
Square Enix will be present at the trade and consumer fair of Europe on more than 1100 m² of stand and more than 220 gaming stations for visitors who want to test the next releases.
From August 18 to 21, the audience at Gamescom Cologne will be able to play Square Enix's major titles.

Square Enix will be held in two very different locations in Hall 9. The main booth (Hall 9, B31/B41) will feature the Final Fantasy XV and Final Fantasy XIV gaming stations, where players will be able to fight daily battles against Sephirot and Thordan. Dragon Quest Builders, World of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue will also be present on the main booth, as will Hitman, Deus EX: Mankind Divided and Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20th Anniversary for visitors aged 18 and over.
To celebrate twenty years of Lara Croft, the most popular heroine in video games, a new version of Rise of the Tomb Raider will include an all-new original chapter called "Blood Ties", as well as a new Co-op Stamina mode, PS VR support, all DLC released, new costumes and expedition cards. This version will also be available for Xbox One and PC players, with the exception of VR support. Season Pass holders will receive the content for free. The Season Pass will not be available on PS4 as all content is included in the base game.
And to wait quietly between two AAA, visitors will be able to take a ride on the future mobile opus Deus EX GO.
MMORPG players will be able to take up arms on Final Fantasy XIV: Battle Arena (Hall 9, C51), to fight against the Primordials and hope to get rewards. Fans will also be able to watch games broadcast on screens, take an autograph session and participate in a cosplay competition. Mori, Wolverous, Eisohne Waffel, and Sissor will be live-streaming of Final Fantasy XIV matches .
