Big surprise for Tomb Raider fans. An early fan has just released a demo of a completely modernized version of Tomb Raider 2 under the Unreal Engine 4 only on PC.
The feat of one person
Tomb Raider DOX is not an official game, however. But still, it looks like it! Nicobass, the Lyon creator behind the project, has set himself a titanic challenge to completely recreate the famous game of the 90s. The feeling controller in hand is reminiscent of a Tomb Raider Anniversary, which is not to displease. All with stunning graphics for content created by one person. We will notice careful details in all areas. The gameplay for climbing and shooting is perfect. The decorations are redone to perfection. A real dream come true.
A concept to the point, a Lara in shape
The project is looked at with a curious eye on the part of Crystal Dynamics. Fan games are becoming increasingly rare. However, Tomb Raider DOX is clearly one of the pearls. The condition of the American giant for this game to continue to exist is to keep it free. This is again good news for all the curious. The demo takes just under 2GB of download.
