A French-speaking community event will take place this Friday, May 12 on the Albion Online sandbox mmo, still in beta.
We very much hope you've already heard of Albion Online. If this is not the case, we can only encourage you very quickly to get up to speed (for example by consulting our overview without delay!). If you are already participating in the beta phase of the game, you may be interested in the Francophone community event that will take place on Friday, May 12.
Sandbox interactive is particularly keen on it: the pleasure of gaming by strengthening the ties of the Francophone community will be the key word of this day. Incidentally, if you can make a few coins by hitting yourself, it's not worse. Each team will have to register to represent a participating guild composed of: a PVE group of 12 players who will have to overcome a raid by ending with a boss. Each boss earns the team two points, the central boss 10 points and finally the final boss will earn you 20 points. A PVP group of 20 players will be there in support to protect the PVE team. Each kill will earn 1 point.
The event is scheduled to start at 20:30 in the Camlann area. If you are interested in seeing what it looks like but you will not fight (for example if you suck and you play alone like me) you can follow the event live. Indeed, each team has the particularity of having a streamer in their ranks. Here are the teams involved.
- The Unthinkable, guild founded by Zerator (no streamer announced yet)
- The Bears in Pwal, which you can follow on the Artheon chain.
- The Gobinours with GoBGG, team to follow on its channel.
- The Gobinours with Bob the Gob and Narkuss.
- Teampoulet with XuTV.
- The Sardoche Army to follow on the chain of Sardoche.
- The Indy Try Hard, to follow on the Gius channel.
The rewards are enticing since the winning team in PVP will win 32,000 golds (the second 16,000). The leading PVE team will win the same amount. The team that takes down the world boss will be entitled to a custom guild logo for the release of Albion Online in July 2017.
