One year after the broadcast of season 2, The Magicians finally returns to our screens. The first episodes are available on Syfy's English website.
It has been a long wait. As usual, season two ended on a cliffhanger. For a year, fans of the series wondered about the fate of our heroes. Is Penny dead? Will Alice escape her demons? And most importantly, how will magicians adapt to this new world without magic? The answers are finally coming. Unless the first five episodes of season three bring even more questions. The series is back on track. The first episode dives into the heart of the matter: Quentin and Julia know that magic has not totally disappeared. So they go in search of a new deity who will agree to help them. The enemies multiply, danger lurks over them. How will they cope? It's up to you to find out. The episodes are available on Syfy's English website. The French version should soon be released as well.

For those who do not know yet, The Magicians is an American series broadcast by Syfy. Created by Sera Gamble and John McNamara (Lois and Clark, Last Resort), the story tells the story of Quentin Coldwater, a young man who feels bad about himself and discovers that he has magical powers. He then joined Brakebills, a university that trains magicians. He will make friends, and especially enemies.
You will not find in this series any resemblance to the universe of Harry Potter. Quentin evolves in a violent world. The hero suffers from depression. He will see people die, he will have to fight for his life. The series nevertheless knows how to remain funny and light. Very addictive, it presents many endearing characters and a new magical universe full of surprises.
Warning: if you don't like the first episode, you probably won't like the sequel. Violence is more and more present throughout the series and may shock the most sensitive. For those who are already won over by The Magicians, the new episodes are released every Wednesday on Syfy US.
