Irma Vep: an HBO mini-series (from June 7 in France)

Ms Marvel: Marvel bets on diversity
It seems that Marvel unlike Disney has no fear to put forward different heroes. This is the case with Ms Marvel, this young teenager of Muslim faith who will find herself endowed with exceptional powers. Purists regret the few changes made compared to the original material. On our side, we hope for a real exploration of the background of the character, that we can really feel the superheroic side in a configuration different from the standards usually delivered. A female character well exploited by the series would really make a difference in this formatted world of big productions. Netflix's craziest team is back: Umbrella Academy season 3
Some comic book adaptations are successful. This is the case of Umbrella Academy which succeeds brilliantly where many other productions have broken their teeth. No, we're not just talking about the series of the arrowverse. Of course, we can not fully transcribe everything that makes the essence of a comic-book in a series but the first season shone by a talented cast (we particularly praise Aidan Gallagher, excellent in Number 5), a non-Manichean story, and an inspired realization. A pop series that takes some shortcuts with the basic comic book but succeeds in not distorting the work of the creator. Westworld season 4 on OCS
We plunge into a much different atmosphere with the return of one of his best science fiction series of recent years. Westworld season 4 arrives on June 27 on OCS. The series is one of those exceptional productions created by HBO (Game of Thrones, Soprano ..).
