Do you like eighties movies? Are you passionate about filming secrets? Then your duty is to watch The Movies that made us. This documentary series released last November on the Netflix platform, is a small nugget to catch up urgently if you like to immerse yourself in the secret universe of films. The conceptions of four cult feature films of the 80s are told by actors, screenwriters, producers, directors etc … who worked on it. Each episode is centered on a movie , studied for 45 to 50 minutes, that you will not see. For this first season, you can find: Dirty Dancing – Mom, I missed the plane – S.O.S. Ghosts – Crystal Trap. The advantage is that nothing forces you to watch them in this order since the episodes are independent. And the series confirms that there is nothing obvious in the making of a film, and these are no exception to the rule. For example, did you know that for S.O.S. Ghosts, Bill Murray, yet central in the story, had given his oral agreement to his sidekick Dan Aykroyd to play in the film. However, he only reappeared on the first day of filming when he arrived on set! In short, a series full of nostalgia with its share of stories and anecdotes told by the people in charge of these films. What more do you need to get started? In addition a season 2 has been announced! Tell us in comment which films you would like to see in this second salvo.
