The animated series produced by Tim Miller (Deadpool) and David Fincher (Fight Club) will have a season 2. For those who have not seen it, here is something to make you want to get started. Believe it or not, but here's a series you can't miss. Love Death and Robots is positioned as one of the best animated series. Here's something to make you want to binge-watch the 18 episodes (very short for some) of season 1 that you may have missed.

The magic recipe!

Mix of science fiction, dystopia, with a hint of Black Mirror, all in a very varied graphic charter. Love Death and Robots is the explosive cocktail we've been waiting for. From episode 1 to episode 18, some episodes will seem light as the level of the others is astounding. With no less than 15 animation studios and 21 directors, the line between animation and reality is gradually blurring.  For purists, it will remind them of Métal Hurlant, a French anthology of comics for adults, which has inspired the aesthetics of many films including Mad Max, Blade Runnerzimab Review "Love Death and Robots" by Tim Miller and David Fincher: catch-up session for the uninitiated

The result: gore, humor, beauty and love

The goal is not to spoil you as some cliffhangers will make you go through different emotions, while others will leave you with a slight taste of unfinished. The graphic slap of episode 3 is of a remarkable technique , bloody and frustrating at the same time, the viewer is immersed in pure SF. Episode 7 is directed by French people and we can be proud of the result because the least we can say is that it stands out. Admittedly, the episodes are not really developed mainly because of the lack of time. However, the freedom of the directors is palpable with so much violence, sex, but also scenes that can sometimes be uncomfortable. For gore, we think of episode 1, for humor it will be episode 2, beauty episode 14 and finally, love episode 8. Season 2 is already in progress. So let's hope for fewer episodes, but deeper stories.
