How to Get Away With a Murder , season 6 – October 1

Here we are, the sixth and final season of the judicial series is finally available on Netflix from October 1st. Although broadcast several months ago on American television, these last 15 episodes will allow us to discover how the adventures end for the professor of criminal law and lawyer of criminals Annalise Keating, played by the fabulous actress Viola Davis. A final season not to be missed since, in addition to being extremely poignant, this series is very current, especially with the Black Lives Matter movement.

Emily in Paris, season 1 – released October 2

Emily, aka Lily Collins, a young American woman in her twenties from the Midwest, decides to move to Paris after receiving a rather surprising job offer. His goal is to bring his American knowledge and ideas to a struggling French marketing agency. Darren Star, the creator of "Sex & the City", decides in this new romantic comedy, to honor the city of Paris, and with, a whole bunch of stereotypes about its inhabitants. The Haunting of Bly Manor – out October 9

As Halloween approaches, this new horror series has everything to delight you with horror.Created by the author of The Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor is not a sequel, but a brand new story. In the cast, we still find Victoria Pedretti, who was already at the center of Hill House. She also stood out for her role as a chef in YOU, season 2. Here, she plays a young governess, barely recruited, tasked with caring for two orphaned children in an isolated house in the countryside. Obviously, everything will not go as planned, apparitions will be revealed before his eyes…

The Revolution, season 1 – released October 16, 2020

The theme: the French Revolution. But in a revisited version with a hint of science fiction. The Revolution imagines that in 1787, a virus falls on the French nobility, its name: blue blood. It is the future inventor of the guillotine who discovers this disease, pushing the nobles to kill the people and leading to their rebellion.

Star Trek, discovery, season 3 – released October 16

The series takes place 930 years after the original Star Trek series. Broadcast on Netflix at the rate of one episode per week, this third season will accompany fans until January 8.

This is how the series returns with Commander Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green) on a desert planet and the crew of the U.S.S. Discovery ready to face new adventures.

Le Prestige – out October 1st

Christopher Nolan's film, The Prestige, has been available on Netflix since October 1. And like all the films of this director, several viewings to understand all the details are necessary! The cast is prestigious since we find Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale but also Scarlett Johansson and even David Bowie. Magic tricks, illusions and murder to top it off. A film to see and see again without moderation.

The Chicago Seven – out October 16

Directed by Oscar-winning screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, this thriller looks back at historic events, the 1968 Democratic Convention. A demonstration turned clashes between police and demonstrators.The Chicago Seven, organizers of this demonstration are then accused of conspiracy and incitement to revolt. The film depicts the course of the 1969 trial. The cast is 5 stars with Eddie Redmayne, Sacha Baron Cohen but also Yahya Abdul-Mateen II. Not to be missed!

Rebecca – released October 21

Rebecca is a remake of the famous 1940 thriller directed by Hitchcock. This is the first time that a filmmaker dares to embark on the remake of this great Oscar-winning classic. Ben Wheatley recruited from his team the duo of actors Lily James (Mrs. de Winter) and Armie Hammer (Maxim de Winter) for the lead roles.

The romantic romance that the two lovebirds lives will be tormented by the governess Mrs. Danvers, played by Kristin Scott Thomas, and by the ghosts of Mr. de Winter's past. A thriller eagerly awaited by the public and critics.
