The star of New Girl soon to star in a new series

 The ABC group recently announced, a new series should see the light of day soon. It would be a new version of the series of the 80s The Greatis American Hero, brought up to date. According to Deadline, it was actress Hannah Simone who landed the leading role.

Ralph Superhero becomes Meera in the new series

We knew Hannah Simone as Cecilia Parikh, emblematic character of the series New Girl. It is now confirmed, the 37-year-old actress has been chosen to defend the next series of ABC. A new work reinterpretedin a modern version of the hit of the 80s, The Greatest American Hero (Ralph Super-Heroes). Played by William Katt in the original version, the leading role will now be female. It is therefore Hannah Simone who will carry this character. She will play Meera, a thirty-year-old with a simple life who loves tequila and karaoke. Her situation changes when she is entrusted with a superhero costume. However, when anyone wears it, it brings superhuman powers. Meera's mission will be to protect the planet, although she doesn't know exactly how to do it. 

Let's hope that this new series signed ABC brings him luck as much as for his role in New Girl. Thanks to the latter, Hannah Simone won the international female revelation award at the Teen Choice Award in 2012.Note that the seventh and final season will be available next spring.
