The San Diego Comic-Con weekend is known to be rich in trailers, spoilers and announcements in the world of series. Gotham, The Black Lightning and Krypton are no exception and unveil their new trailers.

After seeing all the trailers for the Arrowverse, it's now DC Comics' turn! DC Comics studios do not skimp on means when it comes to their series. Indeed, new series will be released in September 2017 and are planned until 2018.

Gotham, season 4

The first trailer we present to you is that of Gotham which is the longest and most promising. Indeed, this trailer of more than 5 minutes makes a fairly broad recap of the events of the previous season before presenting new images of the upcoming season. We discover here in a few seconds that Bruce and Selina are gradually returning to their respective roles of Batman and Catwoman, that several other great madmen of the city will make their return as a new enemy arrives in Gotham: the Scarecrow. This character appeared in the first season of the series as Jonathan Crane, who was subjected to his father's experiences on fear. These experiences then result in terrible trauma, making him hallucinate from his hospital bed that a horrible scarecrow seeks to attack him. Actor Charlie Tahan played the role of Jonathan at the time but we do not yet know if he is the one behind the mask of the Scarecrow this season 4.

Krypton, season 1

This trailer is very short but lays the foundations of this new series. The events date back to 200 years before the period of the Man of Steel movie, the series being a prequel to the adventures of Superman. We will follow the story of Superman's grandfather, seeking to bring peace and justice to Krypton.

Black Lightning and Co.

Finally, the third trailer is a little more special because it takes all the DC Comics series to show certain stages of work, from drawing to shooting, then presents a new character from the same universe: Black Lightning ! The role will be played by Cress Williams and the series will air in 2018 on the CW.

Three trailers, three stories but always a constant line. You'll notice that the series are all connected in one way or another. For example, Ras-Al-Ghul appears in Gotham and he is already well known to fans of Arrow, the same character that is shown in Black Lightning. Does that mean we'll ever have a big crossover episode? We hope so!
