A month after the end of season 2, the MTV network has rendered its verdict on the future of the series Finding Carter. Unfortunately for fans, the channel has just formalized the cancellation of the series. Given the mixed ratings recorded during the previous season, we can not say that this news surprises. On top of that, the plot of the series was running out of steam a little bit.
As a reminder, Finding Carter followed Carter Stevens, a teenager who lives with her mother. One day, she is arrested by the police with her friends. In police custody, everything will change. Carter is left alone, no one pays bail, and he is told that her biological family has found her and takes her with them. She discovers that she has a twin sister, Taylor, and a younger brother, Grant. She discovers that her mother actually kidnapped her when she was 3 years old.
