While we attended last night the double finale of season 2 of Fear the Walking Dead on AMC, here is already the first casting announcement for season 3 …
And it is on the side of the series Son Of Anarchy that the producers of the series went to look for the new recruit!
This is Dayton Callie, the actor who played the role of Wayne Unser, the sheriff in the FX series.
Seen during the last episode of Fear the Walkind Dead, the new character meets Ofelia (Mercedes Masohn) in the desert, but we do not know if this new addition will be on the side of the good guys or the bad guys… The man seems to belong to the police but nothing is less certain during a zombie apocalypse!
We will discover this new character in season 3 of the show scheduled for 2017, where the actor should play a major role.
Dave Erikson, executive producer of the series, says , "I worked with Dayton on Sons of Anarchy for about four years, and he worked with Kim Dickens (Madison) on Deadwood… We're going to see a character not so different from the ones he played in Sons and Deadwood. He is certainly rough and can be violent when he needs to be, but he has a certain morality. We will discover that his past is a little darker, just like his relationships and that some of the things he has done in the past will come back to haunt him… I'm really looking forward to Kim and Dayton playing together again."
While waiting to find next year the season 3 of the series, do not forget that The Walking Dead returns to our screens on October 23 …
