Netflix published its twitter account on Tuesday, May 19, a news that should sadden fans of the Elite series. Indeed, via a short video, we understand the departure of five actors very appreciated in television fiction.

In the images, we see actors Danna Paola (Lu), Mina El Hammani (Nadia), Jorge Lopez (Valerio), Alvaro Rico (Polo) and Ester Exposito (Carla). All announce their departure from Elite. We will no longer see these five emblematic characters in season 4 of the Spanish series. We feel a lot of emotions when everyone speaks. For example, Ester Exposito is in tears when she talks about her character: "I would like to tell Carl that I love her, that she is a great woman and that I would like to be a little more like her." These departures are quite understandable in view of the end of season 3. Indeed, Polo dies, Carla goes to live abroad, Lu and Nadia go to study in New York. Finally, Valério leaves Las Encinas to start a business with Carla's father. In addition, Jorge Lopez (Valerio) had already announced that he would only do two seasons.
Season 4?
Netflix hasn't officially announced a fourth season yet, but it's like it is. Only, given the pace of diffusion, it is unlikely that it will be released in 2021. Then, we can wonder if the creators of the series Carlos Montero and Darío Madrona will change everything. What will be the new cast? Will they start on a new plot with new themes addressed? You should know that headliners like Claudia Salas (Rebeka), Itzan Escamilla (Samuel), Miguel Bernardeau (Guzman), or Omar Ayuso (Omar) will be present. Indeed, we see them at the very end of season 3 return to Las Encinas for a new year. They will meet Georgina Amorós (Caytena) who returns as a housekeeper at the school.
