Arrow-Verse: a teaser for the crossover and a departure announced!

Busy news for the Arrow-Verse! A very short teaser of the future crossover has just appeared on the web while an actor has just announced his departure.

 

While the crossover Crisis on Earth-X is announced for November 27 and 28 on the American channel CW, one of the actors of the universe has just made a sensational announcement on his Instagram account. Indeed, Wentworth Miller has just announced his departure from DC's Legends of Tomorrow and The Flash series after 4 years spent in the skin of Leonard Snart / Captain Cold!

Currently shooting some of my final episodes as "Captain Cold/Leonard Snart" on the CW's LEGENDS OF TOMORROW and THE FLASH…Grateful – now and in advance – to a pair of talented casts and hardworking crews… Thank you…I've had a tremendous time playing this character… It's been an opportunity, an education, and a f-cking blast…With love and respect. – W.Mr.

The actor was present since 2014 in the series The Flash and was one of the main characters of the series DC's Legends of Tomorrow during its first season in 2016, before being recurring during the second season. His departure is expected to occur during the crossover event Crisis on Earth-X. This departure is not the only one of the season since it comes after the announcement of that of Victor Garber who plays Martin Stein, half of the Firestorm entity.

Scheduled for November 27 and 28, it will begin in the episode of Supergirl and it will then continue in that of Arrow, exceptionally broadcast on Monday night. The sequel is the next day in The Flash before finding its conclusion in Legends of Tomorrow.
