Arrow season 5: Tyler Ritter has joined the cast

American actor Tyler Ritter has joined the cast of season 5 of the series Arrow whose list continues to grow for a few weeks now. 

The detective position in the SCPD left vacant after Captain Lance's departure has just been filled. Indeed, actor Tyler Ritter , who many know for his role in the CBS series The McCarthys , has signed on to appear in the next season of the series Arrow. He will play Detective Malone. Very few details have been given about this character. It's hard to say a word about his "possible future" collaboration with Oliver who became the new mayor of the city. 

Tyler Ritter is not the first recruit to join the cast of this new season 5 of Arrow. To date, the production has already announced the upcoming appearances of Josh Seggara, Rick Gonzalez and Chad L. Coleman (The Walking Dead). 

Recently, the interpreter of the character of Oliver Queen, Stephen Amell declared that season 5 will not be that of transition, or even tranquility. On the contrary, it would be one of the most extreme in the series, as new plots will develop. The actor also announced the return of an old character that fans of the series know quite well, but without revealing the identity. For the time being, we can only stick to assumptions. 

The launch of season 5 is scheduled for October 05 on the CW.
