Tricky announces the release of his 14th album, Fall to Pieces, one year after the release of his EP 20.20. It will be released on all platforms on September 4. We can expect a rich project, both on a personal level and on the way the album was conceived. Indeed, Tricky explained that 2019 was a very strong year for him. Marked by grief, the artist will know how to draw positive from his melancholy. "I'm in fight mode" is Tricky's words that foreshadow a powerful and very personal album. Tricky offers a taste of the album by unveiling an excerpt, namely the featuring Fall Please. with Marta. Also recorded in Berlin, the musician explains that this song represents "his version of pop music". Belonging to the musical genre of Washinton DC Go-go, Fall Please managed to bring genres together. Indeed, Tricky explains that with this single, he "managed to do something I've never done before: everyone can feel it, even people who don't know my music". At the same time a unique piece of his discography, it seems to fit perfectly into the universe of the artist. The latter also specifies that most of the sounds of the album were the result of a call for singers to carry his ideas.
