The summer edition of The Peacock Society is being held this weekend. Back on a more than enticing programming.
Friday 7 and Saturday 8 July will be placed under the sign of house and techno. It has become a tradition, the beginning of the Parisian summer rhymes with Peacock Society. In just a few years, the festival launched by the We Love Art collective has established itself as one of the unmissable events for electronic music enthusiasts.
With a sharp program, The Peacock Society promises, this year again, two very beautiful evenings, always at the Parc Floral in Paris.Divided between the three usual stages, the Warehouse, the Squarehouse and the Club, the lineup brings together French and international artists, big names and a new generation. We can count on Marcel Dettmann, Nina Kraviz, Carl Craig, Levon Vincent and Dixon, but also on AZF, The Black Madonna, DVS1, Voiski or Marie Davidson. Each night, the Club's programming has been entrusted to a different collective, Blocaus on Friday and Fils de Venus on Saturday, while that of the Squarehouse will rely on Resident Advisor for the second night of the festival.
The Peacock Society does not escape the traditional dilemma imposed on festival-goers: see a little bit of all the artists or make choices to really enjoy certain sets. The timetable has fallen, so to your schedules!
Next weekend will not be easy and if you do not have tickets yet, do not panic, there are still some.
