At the beginning of July, The Peacock Society returns to the Parc Floral in Paris.
For the 5th consecutive year, The Peacock Society, the " festival of electronic cultures" as it defines itself, will make the capital dance and launch the summer in style. On July 6 & 7 , the unmissable event organized by We Love Art, will resume its good habits by invading the Parc Floral de Paris.
After revealing part of its line-up a few weeks ago, via a clever coup de com', the entire programming is now known and promises, once again, two beautiful evenings.
Less than a month before the festival, we now know the distribution of artists by evening and know where to tap our feet.As always, we will find the Warehouse and the Squarehouse, the two historic stages of the festival. The Addidas House will complete this beautiful sound table.
This edition brings together once again, legends and new scene, always with a clever mix between house and techno.
The first night will honor both Jeff Mills and Laurent Garnier, the latter offering a 4-hour opening set. These two major figures of electro will be accompanied by the excellent Amelie Lens and Daniel Avery on the Squarehouse, while the Warehouse will host Solomun, Floating Points and a b2b between Kink and Gerd Janson.
Saturday is also not short of big names since Richie Hawtin will be in the game. At his side on the Wharehouse, we will find Maetrik live, the side project of Maceo Plex, as well as Tale of Us, Charlotte de Witte and Chloé who will also present his new live. On the Squarehouse side, we especially remember the opening set of 4 hours of RPR Soundsytem which promises something memorable.
Beyond the two nights of festival at the gates of the Bois de Vincennes, The Peacock Society has this year decided to extend the party by offering off events in collaboration with Parisian venues and collectives. The Peacock Factory, which will be held from June 28 to July 8, will offer a musical tour and will include the Gare des Mines station and a musical cruise on the Seine.
See you at the beginning of July for a #BOUILLANT event.
The ticket office is still open.
