The Voice
As we know, "The Voice" allows us to discover every year a multitude of talents from all walks of life. It has been a powerful career accelerator as for example for Louane, Luc Arbogast, Kendji Girac, Demi Mondaine, Lilian Renaud, Claudio Capéo, Slimane, Poupie… During the last season, it was Tarik who burst the screen during his blind audition.Which was released last February. The artist shone by covering "Chemin de traverse" by Grand Corps Malade, Camille and Julie Berthollet, before upsetting Vianney with his slam on abortion. A highlight that prompted Tarik to release the title "Mon chéri" as the first single of his next album. The artist signed a contract with UniversalMusic France, after his notable appearance in "The Voice". In this moving title, Tarik tells with "Bat" the story of a little boy, Leo.He lives in an abusive family, but he never thought it was his mother who was abused by her husband every night. The little boy naively thought it was a bat that was making this noise in the neighbors. Ultimately, it was his mother who lived in fear and control. In his clip, the former candidate of "The Voice" invites us into this Parisian apartment, turning on himself in the middle of an animated set to better immerse us in his story.
