The British band The Amazons has just unveiled a clip for their title Palace, from their eponymous album already available.
"Palace", the finale of an excellent album
The band from Reading released their self-titled album earlier in the year where we can find many of their hits such as In my Mind, Nightdriving or Junk Food Forever. There are also unreleased tracks like Raindrops and Holly Roller. The Amazons really stuck us with the last song that closes the listening of this opus: Palace. A ballad where this time the piano is honored highlighting Matt's voice, and these guitar riffs that give us chills.
A clip directed by the excellent Gattmoff!
The Amazons recently unveiled the clip for their song Palace, and they have once again used talented Gattmoff their photographer who accompanies them on tour but who has already directed many of their clips as for Black Magic and Little Something for example.
The clip starts with two atmospheres : Matt Thomson in a garage playing the piano and on the other hand in a concert hall with a pasionné audience. Thus, we can see images of two opposite universes but that fit so well together, which gives an excellent clip. Moreover, the sequences of this crazy audience make us very nostalgic for their last concert in Paris on November 22 at Point Ephémère…
In short, The Amazons still manages to impress us with their clip for their title Palace which is probably one of our favorites from their first album eponyme.
