MC360 a 360-degree experience

We are pleased to present today a new rap project in partnership between ARTE, the Franco-German TNT channel and the Sourdoreille collective which consists of journalists and videographers focused on current music, alternative cultures, new media and the liberated party.

An innovative project

This project offers us the chance to discover the world of rap in a whole new way. Rap music videos often look the same, images of neighborhoods, big cars and gorgeous girls. Rare are the innovative projects but this video will revolutionize the way you listen to rap, and especially watch it. The concept?Enjoy exclusive freestyles in 360 thanks to VR glasses (Virtual Reality). ARTE and Sourdoreille do not laugh with the big names: Chilla, Guizmo, Dinos, Gérard Baste and many others gathered on a production of DJWeedim. The production is neat, the animation is crazy and the texts send heavy.

Private concert!

Indeed, if you dreamed of seeing your favorite rappers in an intimate freestyle, this video is for you. The animations present transform this experience into something grandiose.This virtual reality experience is called MC360. This project brings together a total of twelve rappers around the same question: "What do you think of new technologies?"  The theme of technology is found in many punchlines: Gérard Baste's K7, Dinos' holograms… Thus, each rapper makes us live in his own way, by observing the gaps in generations, the evolution of technologies observed for decades. Regarding the 3D animations, the work is done by the production company FCINQ which offers a pleasant universe, in line with the texts!
