DJ Nerve – "The Old Man of the Old Woman"
20:45. As soon as we entered La Boule Noire, we were greeted by the mixes of DJ Nerve who accompanied Koriass on his European tour. To the delight of our ears (and perhaps to educate some of them! ), Nerve passes us good rap queb sounds with Alaclair Ensemble, Loud or the classic Fais pas ton niaiseux of CDX.
Koriass introduces DJ Nerve as an "old man". During a Fonky Family concert in the 1990s in Quebec, he saved one of their shows by bringing back a copy of their forgotten vinyl in France. As a follower of the FF, one can only appreciate DJ Nerve.

9pm. Koriass arrives on stage. Before starting the show, he wants to introduce himself (and we appreciate it!) and warn the Parisian audience of its Quebec accent and the different expressions that will be heard throughout the show. He adds that this is his first solo date in Paris and that for once he is not the first part of anyone! (laughs). Surtout when we know that he chains the sold out in Quebec!
Koriass is accompanied on stage by a bassist, a drummer, and DJ Nerve on turntables (and scratches!).
Montreal North to Paris
Fan of Quebec concerts in Paris, I will not hide my satisfaction (and my surprise) to see so many fans of Koriass in Paris. At the request of Koriass, the "Quebec delegation" came forward and was not so numerous. This shows that Koriass was well awaited in Paris.
The rapper was able to seduce his audience and delivered us 1H30 of intense show, in constant interactions with the public. He did not hesitate to pass the microphone to a fan who knew his words inside and out or invite another fan on stage. Koriass even managed to train his audience to chant areas of Quebec rigodon.
One thing is certain Koriass has established himself on the stage of La Boule Noire, transporting his audience between his titles Montreal North, Legendary, Drive, Nowhere or Open Your Window. Tracks from his albums Rue Des Saules and Love Suprême still available.
There is no doubt that after this concert the Parisian public is already waiting for the return of Koriass to Paname.
