In two nights, the group Wolf Alice was able to set fire to the capital playing each time to sold-out audiences. Led by the charismatic Ellie Rowsell, the British indie-rockers have proven that they deserve the title of "best live band" and that they are the rockstars to follow!

Night 1 – Arte Concert Festival : What a surprise was the announcement of a Wolf Alice concert a day before the Paris date of their highly anticipated European tour. The Arte Concert Festival was very pleased by inviting the group that marks the 2022 edition with its energy. Despite some technical difficulties at the beginning of the concert (something that is not noticeable in the live), the performance achieved by Wolf Alice remains spectacular. The particularity of the circular stage, the work of the lights and the proximity of the group with the public gave an intimate show almost magical. We will note beautiful moments of grace for Ellie Rowsell, Theo Ellis and Joff Oddie, as well as the intensity of Joel Amey. In the space of 70 minutes the Londoners were able to show a beautiful part of their discography; make the Great Hall of La Gaité Lyrique sing to their hit "Don't Delete The Kisses", surprise fans with "Lisbon" and make the bodies dance to "How Can I Make It Okay. A memorable night to see and see again on Arte Concert. The Paris tour date for the Blue Weekend album had been postponed time and time again, so the excitement and impatience were at their height. In the first part, it is the French singer Siau who captivates the room. Between a few words, jokes and a notebook exchanged with the audience, his voice and his melancholic texts do not leave marble. Alone on stage with his piano, he reminds us of the sweetness of French bedroom pop and November Ultra. An atmosphere totally different from the London group but which does not leave indifferent. After Siau, it's around Wolf Alice to go on stage. From the first song, "Smile", the Trianon ignites and sings in heart with Ellie Rowsell. This frenzy created by the explosive energy of the band on stage continues to increase over and over the songs. From the beginning to the end the set is well conducted: Small surprises are added in the setlist like "Bros" that the audience takes in unison by vibrating the floor of the room and the return. Same atmosphere during "Play The Greatest Hits" or "Lisbon" for my greatest pleasure. tumblr 25f711a346b9c394cd51b694d35dcac3 4d44a9e7 1280 [Live Report] Wolf Alice electrifies Paris! For the scenography, the lights are king and perfectly highlight the members of the group and accentuate certain key moments of the songs played. Simple but effective, especially during "Safe From Heartbreak", "Giant Peach" or "No Hard Feelings" where we could observe Ellie Rowsell singing her ballad perched on the balcony of the Trianon. A moment that crystallized the beauty of the performance given by the group. tumblr ced093ed9a410200233ae85a71790a4b 9e401e85 1280 [Live Report] Wolf Alice electrifies Paris! Going beyond expectations, Wolf Alice performed an unforgettable concert proving that they only improve from album to album. If today the group could be noticed in particular for having performed the first part of Harry Styles on his European tour, they have nothing to be ashamed of his shows. At the Trianon, many people came out of this concert dazzled by the strength and music of a band that is becoming one of the most important bands in the indie rock landscape. If you ever have the chance to see them, never hesitate because they are unforgettable. Setlist Wolf Alice – Blue Weekend Tour at the Trianon: ©Gherkin Rowsell (Twitter)
