For The W Word, the musician delivers a meaningful message. The title evokes heresies and violence against women. Over the centuries tens of thousands of women have been tortured and massacred. Historians have long neglected the femicide of these ladies of character, independent or insolent who have borne the brunt of the prevailing misogyny. "For centuries, women artists have been invisibilized and gradually erased from history by a mysterious phenomenon of evaporation. Very often, in the traditional repertoires we inherit, the "anonymous" who composed the song was a woman excluded from posterity. Very often, in art encyclopedias, the articles 'skimmed by time' have been those about women," the artist explained.
