Emma's choice

Halsey Strangers (ft. Lauren Jauregui)

New single from Halsey's next album (cf. Hopeless Foutain Kingdom which is released on June 2nd), Strangers undoubtedly marks the album with a very personal touch and inaugurates all the highly anticipated collaborations of the album. Halsey offers us this time an idyllic duet with Lauren Jauregui (member of Fifth Harmony), another openly bisexual singer, who takes stock of the last sparks of a romantic relationship between two women. In short, a piece in the image of the commitment of the two artists, in the context of the United States of the Trump administration, all on a rhythmic instrumental with summer sounds. If we were already looking forward to hearing Lauren Jauregui's rapping voice on Halsey's lyrics, we are now looking forward to seeing the video!

SimBrzls' choice

The Kills Desperado (Non-Electric)

Barely one after their new album Ash & Ice, the Anglo-American duo The Kills will be back with an acoustic EP on Friday before their appearance at Rock En Seine in August. With four tracks, we will see a cover of Desperado, Rihanna's title, from her latest album ANTI. Allison's beautiful deep voice and rock rhythm contrast enormously with the original. From Rihanna to The Kills, how can you not love?

Noucky's picks

Lindsey StirlingForgotten City (from RiME)

There are artists who are good at doing covers and the fantastic Lindsey Stirling is one of them. The violinist returns what makes her known on the web with this magnificent cover of the soundtrack of the video game Rime. This poetic and sublime adventure was released last Friday on all consoles and It's a little graphic and musical gem… Even more between the fingers of the beautiful Lindsey!

RY XBeacon

The talented Australian RY X has just released a video for his title Beacon, new single from his first album Dawn released a year ago. An evanescent dance on a twilight, this trance transcends the music of Ry Cuming and brings out its essence. In other words, we can't wait to see him again during his appearance at the Philharmonie's Days Off on July 10.

SiaTo Be Human (ft. Labrinth, from The Wonder Woman Soundtrack)

Highly anticipated, The Wonder Woman will be released on June 7 on the big screen but we can already enjoy a small extract of the soundtrack. And who could better than Sia gave the DC heroine a chest with her vibrant and powerful voice. Note also the presence of Labrinth to amplify this piece strong in emotion. Suffice to say that this choice is a real delight and we approve it!

ODESZALate Night

Odesza returns with a little auditory and visual journey. A pleasure for the senses on which we strongly want to dance and party with friends; It smells like road trip and holidays, festivals and crazy atmospheres. This clip is actually a montage made from several fan videos. In total it is more than 1000 videos that Odesza watched to concoct this video full of good humor!

James Vincent McMorrow True Care

This is a nice surprise on which we had a little teasing. James Vincent McMorrow has just released a new album, True Care, less than a year after the release of We Move. Impulsive project, the artist explains that he could not wait for the end of his tour to release this new opus. Surprisingly, Irish has changed register again. After folk and something more groovy, it seems that we are more in an experimental and positive electro pop. To be seen on July 5th at the Philharmonie's Days Off!

Backtrack LaneFifteen Minutes

Backtrack Lane's new EP was released last week and we love it! 6 titles that depot and that make you want to shake yourself. To give us a better overview, the 4 boys offered us a new extract with this clip of Fifteen Minutes. We find their catch again and we can't wait to see them again in concert. Nothing planned on the capital for the moment, but we remain attentive and we will tell you everything!

JakartaRising Tide

This sound is reminiscent of bands like Tame Impala or Radiohead. Here, it is about two Franco-Australian brothers, Raphaël and Tristan Stuart, who voluptuously broadcasts us a flexible and voluble pop rock music. We tend towards the psyche without having the spleen. Rising Tide is an extract from their first self-produced EP which will be released next October. Follow…

KirstinBreak A Little

After the emotional departure of the dark and luminous Avi Kaplan, we fear for the continuation of the group Pentatonix. The latter recently unveiled his first solo title. Even if she has not announced her departure, it is the turn of the sweet and sensitive Kirstin Maldonado to fly on her own. With a flexibility and magnificence that we did not doubt for a moment, she offers us a beautiful pop, full of emotion and sublime images. His first clip is a real thrill! We want more!
