Sam FenderDead Boys

We had seen Sam Fender in Paris as the first part of Declan Mckenna during his concert at the Maroquinerie and we had fallen in love. Since then we regularly follow his news and the latest is his single Dead Boys. A title where the predominance of the guitar is carried by the powerful voice of Sam Fender, but the highlight of this piece is this guitar solo that will only give you chills. A piece that can accompany you both for your road trip and your last hot summer nights.

Clench your fistLook at me

The Belgian hardcore beatdown band has uploaded the video for the title Look at Me, from the album Repulsive Indulgence released on August 18. The clip features real fake punks of junk, who play the atmosphere music retarded teenagers, on a very heavy sound. We appreciate the contrast filmed with humor, an aggressive sound on which a group of musicians in swimsuits are agitated. Slides in the garden, inflatable pool, crammed guitars turned off because being a destructive rebel, it does not even last the time of a clip, writing in chalk like at school; Look at me is worth stopping 3 minutes on YouTube to enjoy the show.

Cat PowerWoman (feat. Lana Del Rey)

Cat Power has unveiled the first single and music video for his next album to be released on October 5 (nldr. Wanderer) with the song Woman, to which Lana Del Rey brings (very little) her voice on a ballad. The clip plays simplicity. Shot on the roof of a building and in a studio, the light oscillates between the blue and pink of sunsets. The song is said to be "a tribute to wanderers", addressed to the community of musicians.

Son LuxThe Fool You Need (Enough of Me)

On its latest album Brighter Wounds, the trio Son Lux mixes as it knows how to do guitar, drums and voice to take a few steps aside in electronic music. Among the mix of sounds, the track The Fool You Need combines the hopeful, high-pitched and disillusioned voice of Ryan Lott, founder of the group, with resonant drums and desperate tones. It lends itself to a cinematic clip, dark and dramatized.

AmineDR. WHOEVER

Our prayers have been heard, Aminé has (very) recently released his second album, ONEPOINTFIVE. DR. WHOEVER is the first track of the album and the artist reminds us: "These intros ain't meant to be bangers", it is there to be true and honest with the listener. What a pleasure to find the one who says truth on many racial and social themes, the concerned will find themselves there and the others will achieve a lot of things. Aminé shows that he is capable of ever more seriousness while not losing his freshness: the album is worth seeing.
