Kwoon unveils Blackstar, and its animated clip that propels us directly to Mars and the solar galaxy. A soaring rock single that evokes Radiohead or Godspeed You Black Emperor. This track is a new single from the upcoming album that marks the return of Kwoon, scheduled for September 2023. Now alone at the helm of the band Kwoo, guitarist Sandy Lavallart is moving more and more towards ambient and soaring sounds that he draws from his guitar. Experimental and aerial, his playing takes us into his electric arpeggios. Sandy Lavallart aka Kwoon has always had a special connection with space. Several of his songs and videos refer to it such as his very first clip Kwoon on the moon, his song I lived on the Moon, the music he composed for the Perrier commercial, or to a lesser extent some images of Melomane Megaloman. But above all, he was the first to send a guitar out of the atmosphere in November 2021!
