Was released on Friday, April 27 the first eponymous album of a UFO of Norman pop: Embrasse Moi. Fallen under the spell of the opus, JustFocus proposes to accompany your first listening with a few words of presentation.
Embrasse Moi is Antoine Simoni and André Pasquet on bass and drums, and Annie Langlois and Emmanuelle Hadjadj on guitar and vocals. Already in other projects or not, these four Norman musicians found themselves under the same name in order to seduce us.
Embrasse Moi is also the name of their first album, suite of 7 neat and experimental songs. It is difficult to classify the project in a genre, as the sound space is dressed in various ways. Choirs, sound effects, mostly female voices, but also some snippets of deeper voices … The tracks seem to overlap and we do not know where to turn! The album is epileptic, it feels like a trip but we come out bewitched.
Financed by crowdfunding on Microcultures.fr, we could participate in the entire creation of the opus. And if the final sum has been reached without worries, you can still support the group and buy different bundles, one of which contains a private showcase at home. There are still five places left…Cheers!
For the moment no dates in the capital, but a tour that extends from April to June to celebrate the release of the album. Normandy and Brittany are in the crosshairs and details can be seen here.

Kiss Me may surprise you, but a beautiful discovery is at the key! In French or English, there is something for everyone so no excuse to follow the group on bandcamp and souncloud.
