After 4 years of uninterrupted tour in front of more than 350,000 spectators and the success of Hera, rapper Georgio is distancing himself to prepare his next album.
For four years Georgio has been delighting us with all his scenes and especially his latest album, Hera released in 2016. Let's retrace his journey together.
His first project is a Net Tape entitled Une Nuit Blanche, des Idées Noires which brings together different pieces dating from 2009 to 2011. Then, his first "real project" was released in 2012 and was entitled Mon Prisme. This project, which is free and legally downloadable from the Internet, includes 11 tracks, including two instrumentals and a remix. There are three featured guests: 2zer Washington from the S-Crew and L'Entourage, as well as Acide Verbal and Jane.
Georgio's debut EP was released on May 6, 2013. Soleil d'Hiver is a paid project of 9 tracks produced entirely with the beatmaker Hologram Lo' from 1995. Among the collaborations present, there are several rappers from the Paris region such as Vald, Lomepal, Alpha Wann, Koma and C-Sen. On the occasion of this outing, he is the main guest of Grünt #11, a thirty-minute freestyle session broadcast on YouTube.
At the beginning of 2014, the rapper offers Internet users a free mixtape: each beginning of the week, Georgio offers on his site three different instrumentals. Once this instrumental is selected, the title must have been recorded and the video clip shot in order to be released early the following week. This is how the mixtape Nouveau Souffle is released with its seven clips between January 13 and February 28, 2014, with some featurings : Nekfeu, Vald, Limsa, GG, Sanka and Sheldon.
Finally, on May 19, 2014, before the album released À l'Abri, a 9-track EP (including a bonus). The title of the album expresses the fact that his passion takes more and more place in his personal and professional life, and that his pen allows him to tackle new themes more in-depth and thoughtful. Finally, Bleu noir his first album will see the light of day in 2015 thanks to crowdfunding. Since all these projects, the artist has focused a lot on festivals and stages to meet his audience.
The last few years have been armored for him! Since a few days are available on the Fnac website, tickets for the next concert of Georgio. This concert will be the last of his long tour of stages and festivals… It will take place at the Zénith de Paris on March 15, 2019. This appointment sounds like a goodbye since the artist plans to return to the studio to prepare his new project!
