Edgär releases Dictators and prepares his 1st album Secret

Edgär is back in force! The duo from Amiens releases an ultra effective hit, Dictators and an offbeat clip on the beaches of the North, which announce the first album, Secret, scheduled for April 01, 2022 at Grabuge Records. Antoine and Ronan form Edgär, an electro-pop duo. They have been playing together since 2015. 180 concerts later and two EPs filled with electro pop singles later, they are now preparing the release of their first album, Secret, for April 1st. Edgär, which actually hosts two people, Antoine Brun and Ronan Mezière, has been resonating with his unique surname for a few years now. We knew him pop, electro and elegant but with this participatory clip bringing together 80 dancers in their interior, starring their pets, EDGÄR adds "humor" and "good vibe". Winner of the iNOUïS du Printemps de Bourges in 2018, Edgär has discreetly settled on the French scene with his solar music giving the impression of being familiar. From the first listening, we think we recognize, not for lack of originality but by its ability to make everything natural, obvious, simple. So, if the famous but unfounded "But! I know that!" resonates with you, so you know, that this duo has extraordinary writing qualities. With them, it's very simple, each track is a potential single that makes you want to roll on the floor or sway, depending on your mood or the time of the evening. Musically very rich, we find on this album the solar pop of The lights, the pure acoustic folk juice of Dead End or the classicism of the French song with Réveille-moi.
