This Friday saw the release of Dreamer , the new single from De La Romance, a multifaceted producer. Already a clip and several remixes in his image, JustFocus makes you get to know the song and its creator.
Vincent Girault is not on his first attempt. Musician and producer, it is possible that you already know his rather cosmic sound footprint. Accustomed to electro music tinged with pop, we now know that we can call it dreamy.
De La Romance is not synonymous with a beginner project, since behind this name are already hidden two EPs. As We Feel released in 2013, and Secret World released in 2015, all reunited in an eponymous LP at the end of 2015, now available in all forms and even on vinyl.
From the LP we retain distant voices and hallucinogenic melodies, sometimes rhythmic and sometimes serene. So many elements that are easily found in Dreamer, from his next album coming in the spring. Vincent Girault is used to working with female voices and his new single is no exception to the rule: it is with Elodie Barbey that he collaborates. But the Parisian producer didn't just release the single, he also revealed three remixes of the track made by Molly, D.L.i.d and LZR. Just that.
Laurent Pratlong directed and wrote the clip, which depicts the nostalgia of two lovers on their former history. A game of cat and mouse in a universe that seems to meet… Dream: Dreamer captures attention with neon lights and retro décor.
Another single from the upcoming album, La Vague will be released on April 6 and this time will count the participation of La Féline from Kwaidan Records. Only two tracks and already two collaborations, it smells good for the future.

We will talk about it again in the spring for the release of the opus Dreamers, but one thing is certain, it will be hard to stay thoughtful about the intoxicating universe of De La Romance.
