The French band Temps Calme unveils on September 18 the title Dancing Owl, from their first album scheduled for the end of 2020. Before the creation of the group Temps Calme, Olivier Desmulliez, Samuel Allain, and Nicolas Degrande already frequented the scene, each with his respective band: Ed Wood Jr, Persian Rabbit, Roken is Dodelijk, Black Bones or Louis Aguilar. Then, it was in 2018 that the three Lille residents, who crossed paths during their performances, decided to unite to form the group 'Temps Calme'. A year later, their first digital EP was released. EP which will be followed by an album planned for November. A project offering titles linking guitar reverbs and melodic vocals to analog synths, all driven by vaguely jazz drums. This is the recipe of this band at the crossroads of electronic music, krautrock, jazz and psychedelic pop. The song Emie, composing this first album, was unveiled on June 5. It is now up to the title Dancing Owl, with its melancholic and mysterious lyrics , to reach our ears. To accompany this outing, the group offers us a tour session in February in Tourcoing, in the heart of the Désuet and Les Petits Bohèmes workshops. The clip of Dancing Owl is also available on YouTube since 16/09, wishing you a nice listening! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VIoNlNip7Tw
