The year 2018 ends in style with the many concerts of Alias Production, which also reserves us beautiful memories in perspective in 2019!
The British bands we love so much!
We follow Blossoms since their beginning, we were conquered from their first eponymous album and we are fans of their second opus Cool Like You released last April. It is notably carried by three singles staged in quality clips as for the last How Long Will This Last. The last time we were able to see them was when they came last April to the Oympia as the first part of Noel Gallagher; so we were more than delighted when we learned that they were back on October 6th at La Maroquinerie for a concert as headliner !
The Vaccines is known for its electric concerts where we can observe its lead singer deliver unique facial expressions, accompanied by his acolytes also brimming with energy. Besides, we have been waiting for their return for two years in the Paris region, and they finally give us an appointment on October 24 at the Alhambra to make us discover their new opus Combat Sports live; and we can't wait!
Still hesitating? Then watch this clip from their appearance at the Reading and Leeds Festival on the Main Stage!
After a sold-out Cabaret Sauvage last December and a tour of festivals across the France, including the Eurockéennes, Nothing But Thieves will meet us in Paris at the Bataclan on November 2nd, but also on November 3rd at the Avion in Lille. Two evenings where you can poke about Amsterdam as much as you can blow away on Sorry !Another good reason to go: Deaf Havana will open for them!
Initially scheduled for October, Tom Odell finally gives you an appointment on January 19 at the Bataclan to present his third opus Jubilee Road which will be released on October 12. We had the chance to see him during his last tour which stopped at the Elysée Montmartre and we were charmed by his presence on stage and his powerful voice that can only give you chills. Quickly take your ticket for his date in Paris which will also be charged with emotion.
Florence and The Machine unveiled their new album High As Hope last June and it's simply breathtaking. Do you already get chills just listening to it? So imagine during his concert on March 24 at the AccorHotels Arena. Do not hesitate to go there to discover a singer who dances everywhere on stage while delivering her songs in a touching way, all while being carried by her powerful voice.
They made their comeback at the end of August with the release of their fifth album entitled Let's Go Sunshine! It's The Kooks! We can't wait to see this group led by Luke Pritchard on April 6th at the Zénith de Paris ! He will deliver his most beautiful hips accompanied by Pete Denton, Hugh Harris and Alexis Nuñez to deliver us their biggest hits, the anthem Naive and their latest singles that we already know like the back of our hands, such as No Pressure !
These artists who are a sensation!
If Alias Production takes care of our favorite artists, it is also the case of emerging artists who are causing a sensation in the United Kingdom like Black Honey ! This group will release its first eponymous album on September 21st, it is also eagerly awaited by their fans. If you have also fallen in love with this quartet, it looks forward to seeing you on November 9 at Gibus !
Idles released their second album Joy as an Act of Resistance shortly after their remarkable visit to Rock en Seine ! If you were there you know that the band has an energy that it communicates strongly to their audience who is tempted by many pogos! Will you take the risk, on December 3rd at the Bataclan, to let yourself be carried away in the madness of their concert?
The new Scottish sensation who is talking about him lately is Lewis Capaldi ! You've probably seen it as the opening act for Sam Smith and Rag N Bone Man ! If the singer still does not have an album, you probably already know some of these singles that have become hits such as Bruises, Rush or more recently Touch. What if you let yourself be carried away by the power of his voice during his concert on December 4 at Point Éphémère ?
The groups we need to introduce you to the most!
An extension of the album Night Thoughts released in 2016, The Blue Hour, Sweden's eighth opus is an ambitious and vast work, produced and mixed by Alan Moulder. All the hallmarks of a Swedish classic come together on The Blue Hour, but the band continues to explore new horizons and seems to have opened up to a more progressive and expansive work.
Brett Anderson's instantly recognizable vocal performance and distinctive lyrics are more assured than ever, as the band plays at the peak of its talent, with a visceral and unsettling sense of dynamics and drama all its own. Wednesday, October 3rd at La Cigale!
Death Cab for Cutie consisting of Ben Gibbard, Nick Harmer, Jason McGerr, Dave Depper and Zac Rae, went from a Ben Gibbard side project to one of the most exciting bands in the indie rock scene of the 2000s, with their touching songs and cross-sounds between indie and emo. Given their importance in the music world, it's no surprise that two music news sites have title names for their songs: The Line of Best Fit and The 405. See you on February 2nd at the Trianon !
Finally Jason Mraz the committed artist, who has entered the history of pop with titles like I 'm Yours or I Will not Give Up, is back with a new album, Know available on August 10, and will be on the stage of the Trianon in Paris on March 5, 2019 !
In short, Alias Production offers us a multitude of concerts that we can't wait to attend as much to blow away on our favorite tracks as to pogot!
