Venom: Tom Hardy shares a scene without special effects from the film

Are you confined and want to laugh? Don't worry, Tom Hardy takes care of everything! Two years ago, Ruben Fleischer's Venom was released in cinemas. And the least we can say is that he had not been really convincing … Indeed, despite good box office receipts worldwide (with 856 million dollars for a budget of 100 million), Venom had been quite down by critics, even if our opinion had remained more balanced… But never mind! A sequel is programmed with, this time, Andy Serkis at the controls. For now, we note that the release is still maintained for October 2. Tom Hardy will have to put on his symbiote costume to, this time, face Woody Harrelson present in the guise of Cletus Kasady, aka Carnage. Remember, Harrelson made a brief appearance at the end of the first part (during the post-credits scene). And while we are waiting for the trailer of Venom 2 – Carnage, Tom Hardy has just shared a video of his final fight against Riz Ahmed in the first part (criticized in particular for its cheap special effects). In the video, we can see a scene of a big argument between the hero of Capone and Riz Ahmed, who plays Dr. Carlton Drake (Riot). Except here's the thing: the video in question is devoid of special effects… The result is as embarrassing as it is hilarious! Indeed, it looks more like an improvised and extremely hesitant dance between the two actors than a fight scene.

We applaud the self-mockery of the brave Tom Hardy, who shares this video at the precise moment when the whole world needs to laugh a lot. We can only hope for the existence of a similar scene between him and Woody Harrelson for Venom 2. In the meantime, we let you admire this hilarious video.
