Animation enthusiasts have certainly wondered which fly stung the creatives at Sony to set such a project in motion. It was the same for the exploitation of the film Angry Birds in the cinema and yet the film was a success at the box office. A second opus is in preparation.
For The Secret World of Emojis, director Anthony Leondis is at the helm. He is not a novice in the animation world since he has directed Igor and worked on Disney projects such as Kuzco 2 and Lilo and Stitch 2.

The scenario looks like Ralph's Worlds, an animated film from Disney studios that brought together some video game legends. In this film, we find ourselves immersed in Textopolis where emoticons want to be selected by phone owners. Most have only one facial emotion except Gene. Wishing to become like the others, he surrounds himself with his two friends for a most incredible adventure.
This animated film will be released in French cinemas on October 18, 2017. The secret world of emojis has everything to please the younger generations: a catchy soundtrack, memorable characters!
