After the pharaonic commercial success that was Captain America: Civil War at the global box office, the new feature film, Doctor Strange, introduction to a new Marvel superhero with mystical powers, has just unveiled its second trailer at Comic Con.
New superhero, new cast, Doctor Strange, this new character from the Marvel stable, is assigned a Marvel adaptation to introduce him in the future within the Avengers. Played by Benedict Cumberbatch, the wizard will be very well accompanied by a four-star cast. Among others, Tilda Swinton (The Elder), Chiwetel Eijefor (Baron Mordo), Rachel McAdams (Christine Palmer) and Mads Mikkelsen (the bad guy Kaecilius) compose the acting of this new Marvel production, all under the leadership of Scott Derrickson, director of Sinister and The Exorcism of Emily Rose.
Thus, most of the cast return in this trailer which, even if it does not offer anything new in the form of a Marvel Studios, remains effective and promises a beautiful show, may be different in terms of treatment. With its very psychedelic forms and playing on the conception of reality, Doctor Strange plays with forms and matter, in a way unprecedented at Marvel Studios. Based in New York City's Greenwich Village neighborhood, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and beyond, using a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
