Madame, Amanda Sthers' new director, delivers its particularly attractive trailer. Well paced, it is also sublimated by the one who was one of Pedro Almodovar's muses, the great Rossy de Palma.

Known mainly to the general public for her talents as a novelist, Amanda had already tried her hand at directing with her choral film, Je vais te manquer. At the time, she surrounded herself with a French cast. For Madame, her cast is international and prestigious since we find the Spanish Rossy de Palma, the French Sonia Rolland, Stanislas Merhar or Joséphine de la Baume, the excellent Toni Collette (Australian), the monstrous Harvey Keitel…

The starting pitch is most interesting. A couple organizes a dinner that was supposed to be perfect until the untimely arrival of the son of the house. To avoid ending up with 13 covers, the American couple dresses their servant as an extraordinary guest. The shy Maria finds herself sitting next to a wealthy art expert. These two people who should never have started a relationship will meet again to the chagrin of the family's values.

One element clearly transcends this trailer. The actress Rossy de Palma who illuminates these first images of Madame. She embodies this woman outside the conventional standards of society, who will seriously stir the foundations of her environment. The film will be released in French cinemas on November 22.
