The Crime of the Orient Express: the trailer makes great promises!

Agatha Christie's more than famous detective novel, The Crime of the Orient Express, is once again adapted to the cinema and now has its first trailer (available below) as well as an official release date: December 13, 2017! Through the pages of the book, we follow the journey of several passengers on a luxury train, trapped by a storm while a murder has just been committed. It is up to the famous detective Hercule Poirot to discover the identity of the culprit among the various suspects. These first images carry a lot of intrigue and we really want to know more, to really see what this long-awaited adaptation will be worth.

The detective will be in the film played by none other than Kenneth Branagh, unrecognizable (as you can see in the photo) compared to his role as Gilderoy Lockhart in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, who also wears the director's hat for this feature film! At his side, we will be able to find a cast that has everything to make you dream: Daisy Ridley (who will be the same day in Star Wars VIII: The Last Jedi !), Josh Gad, Penelope Cruz, Michelle Pfeiffer, Willem Dafoe or Judi Dench will be among the characters suspected of having murdered Johnny Depp. We can't wait to see all these genius actors together in the same film!

The Crime of the Orient Express had already been adapted to the cinema in 1974 by Sidney Lumet. The cast at the time was equally impressive, including Sean Connery, Anthony Perkins, Lauren Bacall, Jean-Pierre Cassel and Ingrid Bergman.

See you on December 13 to solve this mystery in cinemas!
