What if the past needed the future? Perhaps a message that L'Aventure Des Marguerite, a feature film by Pierre Coré, wants to convey to us in theaters from July 14. After his last animated film, Sahara, released in February 2017, Pierre Corcé returns this time with a film that will touch children and parents alike. Presented in a special screening at the last Alpe d'Huez festival, L'Aventure Des Marguerites seems to be the promise of a very good family comedy. We find Alice Pol (Superchondriac, Raid Dingue, C'est la vie …), Clovis Cornillac (Brice de Nice, Belle et Sébastien 3, Kaamelott…) , Lila Gueneau (Cleo) and Nils Othenin-Girard (Simon and Théodore, Venice is not in Italy…)
Synopsis
Margot and Marguerite are both twelve years old. Each one lives with her family, her friends, her problems, and especially her time! Indeed one lives in 1942 and the other in 2020. But that's without counting on a mysterious magic trunk, allowing the two girls to exchange their eras. Margot and Marguerite have another thing in common, their father is not there. One because his father disappeared in the middle of the 2nd World War. The other because he no longer lives at home. 70 years apart, they embark on a great adventure to return to their presents, exploring history, but also the memory of their families.
So remember the release date of the film L'Aventure Des Marguerites, an adaptation of the comic book Le temps des Marguerite by Robin and Vincent Cuvellier. A good way to laugh with your family while going through the story…
