The madness of remakes continues to ignite Hollywood as Warner launches a new Matrix.

According to THR, the Warner studio is considering a return to cinema of the Matrix universe and would eventually see Michael B. Jordan (Creed) to replace Keanu Reeves. No one knows yet the content of the film: remake, sequel, reboot, everything remains possible.

The Wachowskis are not confirmed to direct while a few weeks ago Keanu Reeves declared to be up for a Matrix 4 provided to find the Wachowskis behind the camera.

The first installment of the Matrix saga, launched in 1999, was a success for Warner, collecting $ 463 million worldwide. Becoming completely cult over time the feature film followed two other episodes. While there was talk of a serial adaptation, this project would be put on hold while determining if the film materializes. Case to follow then.
