The famous singer Lady Gaga will be entitled to a major supporting role in Ridley Scott's new project whose MGM has just bought the rights according to The Hollywood Reporter. Indeed, according to the US media, the company has just acquired the rights to Ridley Scott's future film. This will be a drama centered on the assassination of Maurizio Gucci, ordered by his ex-wife, Patrizia Reggiani. Maurizio is the grandson of Guccio Gucci, founder of the Italian luxury brand. Lady Gaga, whose debut was noticed in A Star is born, would therefore be in discussion to embody the famous "black widow".The film, adapted from Sara Gay Forden's The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed, will be produced by Giannina Scott, the director's wife, and Ridley Scott himself.
