Through this feature film, we follow the journey of Maurizio Gucci, grandson and heir of the brand's founder. However, his meeting with Patrizia will upset his daily life and his plans for the future. Maurizio will be forced to leave the family cocoon to continue his love affair with Patrizia. The descent into hell of Patrizia Reggiani
From the beginning of the film, Ridley Scott paints us the portrait of a woman who, although she was not born well-to-do, behaves as if she parades in the greatest parades. A simple secretary hired in her father's road transport company, Patrizia Reggiani appears every day in clothes of light. A contrast with reality that does not escape the spectators from the first minutes. Far from the touching and devoted vision we had of her before, Patrizia fools the world with her devious intentions. This will announce the beginning of a long descent into hell with the final destination, prison for 29 years. If we could believe that Patrizia Reggiani wanted the best for her couple, we end up realizing that she is really obsessed with success. An obsession that will create many tensions in the couple. Maurizio will even end up filing for divorce, no longer able to bear to see her conspiring against her own family to achieve her ends. This divorce will sink a little more the Italian in her love and professional setbacks, which will lead her to commit the irreparable. On March 27, 1995, Maurizio Gucci was assassinated under the orders of his ex-wife, Patrizia Reggiani. 
What happened to Maurizio Gucci's children and ex-wife?
Few details are known about the Gucci family in recent years. After being released from prison in 2016, Patrizia Regianni now lives in Milan. She managed to earn estate tax from Maurizio and currently earns $1.47 million a year. As for Maurizio Gucci and Patrizia Regianni's two daughters, Allegra and Alessandra, they are both married and mothers.
